Lennart Koch is an accomplished entrepreneur from Munich, specializing in interim management. His business philosophy is rooted in two key principles: quality and sustainable value. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, this field has become both a professional pursuit and a personal passion, driven by a focus on stable investments.
Having known Mallorca for over 35 years and spending several months there each year, Lennart founded Casa Urbana to develop and market townhouses in prime locations across the island.
